Yes. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. Besides showing you around our factory, and our new products. we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.

We’re self-owned factory and we monitor each session from incoming material to finished products. Lead time can be negotiable and stock samples can be provided to new customers. For our VIP customers, they will enjoy free customized samples. 

Our MOQ lower to 1pcs. As you may know, we will always offer the best price for larger orders. And we’re also much willing to help and support start-up companies.

Normally, it will take 5~7 days for sampling, and samples can be confirmed by courier or through video. We will not arrange mass production before the sample is confirmed. Stock samples are free at your delivery cost, but customized samples usually cost around $30 excluding some special techniques. 

Our lead time varies base on different techniques and order quantities. Generally, it will take around 15~40 working days.

T/T 30% deposit before production and T/T 70% balance before shipment released.

We recommend you to tell us the situation before placing the order. We will work hard to meet your proposed deadline. If it's not workable, we will let you know asap.

For any canceled order, the buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the in-process goods and finished goods.

Your price may be updated in the following circumstances,

• Relatively big changes in size
• More color(s) is added
• More special effect(s) is added
• Specialty material(s) is added
• Relatively big changes in order quantity, etc.

Let us know the exact tube dimensions, quantity, and the type of customization you need and we will send you a price quote. We will also send you a design template so you can lay out your artwork. When the final artwork is submitted and the order is placed, we will first make pre-production prototypes for your approval. This process takes about 2 weeks. Once approved, mass production lead time is approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on quantity, customization, and order complexity. Shipping times depend on location and shipping method chosen.

We can produce tubes in any size, depending on the quantity you need.

All of our ready-made tube sizes are available in stock for quick delivery. You can order them blank in any quantity directly on our website. At 1000+ pcs we can produce any ready-made tube size with full color printing.

If the size you want is not stocked or if you need us to engineer a perfect product fit, we can custom-make any tube dimensions. Because of setup time and costs, there is a 1-piece minimum order quantity for custom-made tubes.

The short answer is YES, but really, it depends on your definition of "eco-friendly". We would rather offer transparency over greenwashing.

All of our ready-made tubes are engineered to be reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable. They are made out of 100% virgin pulp paper and contain no plastic whatsoever.

We can produce completely custom tubes with aluminum foil and PE lining which create a food-safe, oil-resistant inner barrier. Those tubes are generally sealed after filling to make them air-tight. Sealing can be done using metal discs, which requires specialized equipment, or shrink wrapping. Minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. Alternatively, you can package your product in a sealed bag before putting them into the tubes for additional food-safety and to retain longer shelf life.

Yes, we offer ready-made push-up tubes with a free-moving bottom disc featuring oil-resistant wax paper lining for lip balm, deodorant stick, sunscreen stick and other cosmetic skincare products. Additionally, we can create custom push-up tubes built to your specifications. Minimum order quantity for custom push-up tubes is 1pcs.

We recommend you test your product with a few samples before committing to a larger quantity. Push-up tubes may not work with all products.

We have a professional QC team with 5 members monitor the whole process from incoming material inspection, tour inspection during production, to 100% inspection on finished products. We will strictly control the goods quality before delivery, to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with all our products.

Our after-sales service has no time limit, if there is any problem with the product, please feel free to contact us. at any time with any questions. From the placement of order to the receipt of goods, we will update you with each step during production and shipping. 

For complaints, we will give a quick and reasonable solution within 48 hours by replacement or maintenance.
