Step 1: The factory selects the raw material of vegetable fiber (food grade and cosmetic grade) to make the paper tube, which is characterized by its oil resistance. There are two main types of paper, wax paper and laminated paper, both of which are oil resistant, but laminated paper is not biodegradable, while wax paper is biodegradable.
Step 2: Use the machine to make these materials into round paper tubes, and then do the drying or air-drying process. This part is very important, the thickness of the label paper, and the humidity of the paper tube are extremely high requirements
Step 3: If you have a printed design, you need to prepare the label paper with printing first, and then stick these whole label paper with printing on the surface of the paper tube. You can choose from manual laminating, semi-automatic machine laminating or fully automatic machine laminating. It depends on the size of the tube, the material and the number of orders.
Step 4: The entire tube is cut, the lid is separated from the tube at the designed size, and the top and bottom edges of the tube are curled using a crimper.
Step 5: It is extremely important to push the cardboard at the bottom, the thickness is chosen between 4-10MM, customized according to the size of the product and the customer's requirements, to ensure that it is hard enough not to be loose, the surface is smooth and easy to push, and the paste does not leak. Next we start to assemble the finished product, before this we need to produce a sample in advance for testing, testing items are: appearance, printing effect, size, after pouring into the high temperature balm need to ensure that no leakage.
Step 6: Assemble these semi-finished products into a complete paper tube. The surface will be wiped clean, no burrs, clean, no damage to the paper tube packaging after QC inspection qualified and then loaded into the shipping carton.
Step 7: Neatly arrange into boxes, put moisture-proof and waterproof film bags and desiccant inside. The outer layer uses 5-layer super hard corrugated carton.
The above is the brief production process.
